Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, all full price product(s) can be returned/exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please call us at +44-2070-199057 or WhatsApp us at +92-308-3082222 and we will provide a return label for you to send us your return items. Please note that the product must be in unused condition with the price tag attached along with the purchase invoice. Kindly note our customer service is available during 8:00 am – 4:00 pm UK time.
If you have any complaints regarding your order, we will return/exchange if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect or shipping error on our team’s part. In such an event, please contact our customer service team via email with pictorial proof/images of defected product(s) at email@example.com or call us at +44-2070-199057 within 14 days of receiving your package and we will arrange a return label for your shipping address mentioned at the time of placing your original order.
Please note that refunds are processed within 30 days from the time we receive your package at our local UK Warehouse.
You may choose to cancel your order any time before the order is processed, kindly contact our Customer Service Team who will be happy to update you on the order status and process a cancellation accordingly.
However, if the order has already been processed, you will receive a notification of the same via email and the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply accordingly. Furthermore, IMAGE holds the right to cancel orders for any reason including but not limited to quality concerns, suspicious account activity or if the item ordered is not available in stock.
