Exchange Policy

Eligible merchandise may be exchanged.

NOTE: Image1993.com reserves the right to deny an exchange if the merchandise does not meet our requirements. The decision of the Company shall be final.

Full-price in original condition, with product tags attached, can be exchanged/returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Sale merchandise can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery but not applicable for refunds.
Worn, altered, washed and used merchandise cannot be exchanged/returned.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund at our expense. In such a situation, please contact our customer service center by emailing us pictorial proof/images of defected product at customerservice@image1993.com or by calling us at +44-2070-199057 within 14 days of delivery date and we will arrange a pickup from your shipping address mentioned at the time of placing your original order.
